综采面终采撤架期防灭火定量化注胶技术研究

Quantitative gels injection technology during the final mining and support removal period of fully mechanized mining face

摘要:

为降低工作面终采撤架期间的自燃风险提升防灭火措施中胶体压注过程的可控性以青龙煤矿21802综采工作面终采期注胶防灭火为工程背景研发出一种定量精准的自动制胶泵送装置。同时计算并确定了胶体扩散半径、组分配比、压注量等关键注胶参数继而以所研发的装置为载体以推导得出的关键注胶参数为依据,开展了架间定量压注与端头压注相结合的现场防灭火注胶应用试验。研究结果表明运用所研发的注胶装置并结合关键参数进行注胶有效降低了工作面进回风隅角及支架后采空区的CO浓度,CO浓度从注胶前最高的14×10-6降至1×10-6以下。与大面积粗放型注胶相比,该方法显著降低了成本保障了工作面终采撤架期间的安全。

Abstract: The risk of spontaneous ignition during the withdrawal of the working face is high, high quality injection gels material sealing air leakage in the goaf is an effective means to prevent fire extinguishing. The current gels injection device and process are difficult to achieve the precise of the gel components, which affects the quality of fire prevention and extinguishing engineering. This paper developed a precise automatic rubber pumping device, Taking the 21802 fully mechanized mining face of Qinglong Coal Mine as the project background, the key glue injection parameters were determined, the application test is carried out. The results show that the gel injection device with key parameters, Effectively reduce the CO concentration in the corner of the working face and the bracket. Compared with the large area of extensive gel injection, Greatly reduced the cost, ensured the safety of the working face during the period of mining and removal.
